| With over 30 years of experience in the business arena as the backdrop for her coaching, Pam brings a wide array of skills to the coaching table. Her resume is lengthy and demonstrates a proven track record of success in both sales and marketing. Some of the positions she has held include: Promotional Writer; Director, Sales Promotion; Director, Promotional Products; Catalog Director; Sales Director; Director, Sales Training; Director, Sales Relationships and Development; National Sales Manager; Director, Sales Field Development; and Vice President, Sales. Her abilities were recognized in each company through consistent promotions and requests by the executive management team to oversee projects and assignments that became the foundation for permanent positions and programs within the company.
While working on the corporate side of the business, Pam also worked in the field as an independent consultant, allowing her to experience first-hand what those she coached were dealing with. This provided a foundation for her programs and promotions that was realistic and based in practice, not just theory – a philosophy that has served her well. She traveled extensively to gain an understanding of geographic differences, cultural diversity and the realities of life for those she coached and mentored. She never trained to or put into practice anything that she personally had not tested and refined based on realities.
Pam has also been blessed with a talent for public speaking which made her one of the most respected and sought-after speakers at national conventions for the companies she worked for as well as others outside the direct selling industry. Whether her audience is 5 or 5,000 she connects in a unique way through humor, personal experiences and proven facts. She has provided insights into personal performance and business practices in panel discussions, training seminars and from the main stage. Her classes were standing room only and her message remembered and repeated for years following a presentation. She is comfortable in a board room or in an arena and gives her audience a fast-paced, fun and energetic presentation. She adores public speaking and has taught at the college level, helping many to overcome their fears and become strong presenters in their own right. |
