I’m Pam Herbert and I’m proud to be the Founder and Chief Energy Officer for Next Steps Motivation and Marketing LLC. What sets me apart is a passion for seeing others succeed; a boundless energy and enthusiasm; and, a wide range of experiences that form the foundation for my motivational speaking , training, and consulting.  I’m not a psychiatrist, not a psychologist, not a counselor, not someone with a multitude of certifications and letters following my name.  I’m simply someone who has experienced fantastic highs and nearly devastating lows in my personal life and great success (and a few failures as well) in my 30+ year business career. 

As a result, I speak, train and consult from experience, not theory. Sure, I have a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree, but big deal! Degrees don’t make the person, experiences do!  I have had the privilege of partnering with literally hundreds of thousands of women and men as an encourager, mentor, educator and friend.  I have designed compensation plans, sales field and customer promotions, training programs that actually bring about results, and inspired audiences ranging from 150 to 5,000 to higher levels of performance.  I’ve walked in the shoes of those I work with, so I understand what it takes! I see the potential in business plans as well as individuals and give my all to bring out the best in both!    It’s that simple.
